Ok completely honest review. Sonia, don’t hate me. When I got on the bed I was expecting a relaxing deep tissue massage. That is not what I got. It was rough, it was intense and it was the most hard core massage I’ve ever gotten. It wasn’t enjoyable. But 10 minutes in and I realised the pain I had had for over 5 years…. Was gone. Sonia is a professional and more than that, she is a medical genius. She showed me the maps of the body on the wall and talked me through everything she was doing. She was brutal, but sweet. When it came to my sciatica, I have had every massage therapist go gently. She refused and went harder. It was so painful. She even said ‘no pain no gain’. I hated it, but honestly… I went to a chiropractor for years and had no relief. I walked away from Sonia almost in tears at the relief I felt. It’s not an enjoyable massage. But it will fix all the pain you have. THANK YOU. You are a genius. I owe you everything.
