She has trained in Remedial Massage at the Premier College in Caringbah and has a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the University of Hunnan in China. Sonia\u2019s massage technique is holistic and a fusion of western and eastern influences. This tradition dates back many 1,000s of years. She combines an understanding of the modern science of remedial massage with a deep knowledge of the way your body’s energy flows, from the ancient Chinese tradition. Sonia\u2019s expertise is with deep seated chronic muscle tension and injury, being able to release and resolve pain and numbness quickly \u2013 most often with permanent results. Sonia is registered with the Australian Government Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as well as being a member of the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Society of Australian (CMASA).
