PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT YOU WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE
RIGHT TO SUE OR CLAIM COMPENSATION FOLLOWING AN ACCIDENT.

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that operating or riding a motorcycle involves inherent hazards and dangers, including
   but not limited to severe physical injury, permanent disability, paralysis, and death, as well as property damage. I freely, voluntarily, and
   expressly assume all risks associated with operating the rented vehicle on public roadways, highways, and off-road areas in British Columbia.
2. Waiver & Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to rent and operate a motorcycle from Pacific Bike Rental, I hereby
   release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Pacific Bike Rental, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives
   (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any loss, damage, or injury
   (including death) that may be sustained by me, my passenger, or my property, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or
   otherwise.
3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Releasees against any third-party claims, lawsuits, demands, damages,
   losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or connected with my operation, possession, or use of the rented motorcycle.
4. Security Deposit & Damage Responsibility: I acknowledge payment of the $500.00 CAD security deposit. I assume full financial
   responsibility for any physical damage, loss, theft, vandalism, or mechanical destruction caused to the motorcycle during the rental period. If
   damage costs exceed $500.00 CAD, I authorize Pacific Bike Rental to charge my credit card on file for the total balance of necessary repairs,
   loss-of-use charges, and administrative expenses.
5. Compliance with Laws & Licensing: I warrant that I possess a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement (Class 6 in BC or
   equivalent) valid for operation in Canada. I agree to obey all provincial (British Columbia Motor Vehicle Act), municipal, and federal laws and
   traffic regulations.
6. Prohibited Uses: The motorcycle shall NOT be operated: (a) by any person under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or cannabis; (b) for racing,
   speed testing, or stunts; (c) off paved roads or unmaintained terrain (unless expressly authorized in writing); (d) by any unauthorized operator
   not listed in this agreement; or (e) outside the province of British Columbia without prior written consent.
7. Helmets & Safety Gear: Motor Vehicle Act regulations in BC strictly mandate helmet usage. I agree to wear an approved DOT, ECE, or Snellcertified
   motorcycle helmet at all times while operating or riding the vehicle.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the
   federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceedings arising from this contract shall be brought exclusively in the courts of British
   Columbia.
